Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with botbullets.com. we want you to be satisfed with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, this refund and return policy explains your options.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • The item Must be in its original package.

  • Proof of purchase or order conformation is required.​

Certain items are non-returnable, including:​

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your origanal payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. if you need anexchange, contact us at beontarget@botbullets.com with you order number and photos of the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective

We recommend using trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.​

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us 48 hours of delivery at beontarget@botbullets.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging 

  • description of issue

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.​

Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they are not yet been processed and shipped.
